3. Membership

Membership benefits may change over time as we continue to grow and improve the community. Membership fees, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions are displayed at the time of purchase.

By posting content on Explicitly Motherhood, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and share your content within the Explicitly Motherhood platform for the purpose of operating and improving the community.

If we would like to feature your story outside the community (such as in marketing materials, newsletters, or social media), we will request your permission unless the content has been shared anonymously.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your submissions are your own work or you have permission to share them.
• Your content does not violate another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
• You do not share confidential or private information belonging to someone else.

6. Content Review

To preserve the culture of Explicitly Motherhood, all public submissions may be reviewed before publication. Content that does not align with our Community Guidelines may be temporarily withheld from publication and returned to you for revision. Explicitly Motherhood reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

10. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Unless otherwise stated during purchase, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Membership fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

All Explicitly Motherhood branding, logos, graphics, prompts, website design, newsletters, educational materials, and original content are the property of Explicitly Motherhood and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

15. Dispute Resolution

We hope we never have a dispute, but if we do, you and Explicitly Motherhood agree to try for 30 days to resolve it informally. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, any claim, dispute, or controversy must be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court in Florida.
